Br\u00fcckner Servtec proved successfully that they could set up a complete non-Br\u00fcckner BOPP line in Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>When the Brazilian film manufacturer Innova started the project with Br\u00fcckner Servtec, it was obvious that it would be a great challenge for both sides. The 8,2 m line has been originally supplied by Andritz, and finally planned to be installed after a few years. Since the moment Br\u00fcckner acquired the assets of Andritz some time ago, it was clear for Br\u00fcckner Servtec, that they would support Innova with total commitment to set up this line at their decision.<\/p>\n<p>As it was a third-party line with different technology, the experienced Br\u00fcckner specialists studied the technical documents from Andritz intensively, in order to become 100% familiar with the system. In addition, Innova\u2019s team was perfectly organized and prepared for this special project. Therefore, both teams could handle even difficult tasks during installation, check-up and start-up of the 5-layer line. Finally, after a hard work, the teams have been rewarded with a smooth start-up and first-grade film. With the vast experience won from this project, Br\u00fcckner is now also able to support all major Andritz Biax lines.<\/p>\n<p>Innova\u2019s industrial director Sergio de Oliveira Machado is highly pleased with the result of the project and says: \u201cOur team received highly comprehensive attention from Br\u00fcckner\u00b4s specialists, truly a desire for dialogue and learning from our experience while dealing with the requests from major BOPP consumers in Brazi.
