Both in terms of growth and the number of new businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Once again, Polykemi shows that it is possible to grow and expand locally in southeastern Sk\u00e5ne, Sweden, says Polykemi\u2019s sales manager Mattias Persson.<\/p>\n<p>During the past five years, the Polykemi Group, which includes the companies Polykemi AB, Rondo Plast AB and Scanfill AB based in Ystad and Polykemi Compounds Kunshan in China and Polykemi Inc in the USA, has seen volume growth of almost 22,000 tonnes and in 2019 the positive trend continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Although we can see a slowdown in the business cycle, Polykemi has had a very nice year, says Mattias Persson.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We have taken more than 100 new businesses and we have grown more than 4,000 tonnes of plastic granules during the year. It\u00b4s incredibly gratifying that, despite historically high levels, we are once again able to match our numbers.<\/p>\n<h2>With the heart in Ystad since 1968<\/h2>\n<p>Since 1968, we have been successful in manufacturing high-quality custom-made plastic compounds. Our subsidiary Rondo Plast has been supplying high-quality recycled plastic material for almost 40 years.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Within Polykemi Group we offer plastic compounds based on new raw materials, as well as high quality recycled plastic raw materials, which means that we have a solid concept in our company.
