{"id":19117,"date":"2020-02-12T14:08:30","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T13:08:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/php8.plastv.de\/?p=19117"},"modified":"2020-02-12T14:08:30","modified_gmt":"2020-02-12T13:08:30","slug":"gurit-sells-automotive-business-to-carbopress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plas.tv\/?p=19117","title":{"rendered":"Gurit sells Automotive Business to Carbopress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GUR) announces the sale of the full equity in Gurit Hungary Kft to Carbopress S.p.A., an Italian based advanced composite parts manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>On October 29<sup>th<\/sup>, 2019 Gurit announced to close the automotive business in summer 2020 following a divestment process which did not result in a transaction. Subsequently, Carbopress expressed interest in acquiring the business which lead ultimately to the sale.<\/p>\n<p>The signing and closing of the transaction occurred concurrently. The parties have agreed silence over the selling price. Gurit Hungary employs 144 staff members.
