{"id":19494,"date":"2020-02-28T08:24:11","date_gmt":"2020-02-28T07:24:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/php8.plastv.de\/?p=19494"},"modified":"2020-02-27T14:25:33","modified_gmt":"2020-02-27T13:25:33","slug":"renewal-of-thierry-le-henaffs-mandate-at-the-board-of-directors-of-arkema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plas.tv\/?p=19494","title":{"rendered":"Renewal of Thierry Le H\u00e9naff\u2019s mandate at the Board of Directors of Arkema"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"componenthead\">\n<div class=\"summary\">Ahead of the next general meeting of shareholders to be held on May 19, 2020, the Arkema Board of Directors, at their meeting, unanimously decided to propose the renewal of the directorship of Mr. Thierry Le H\u00e9naff, for a period of four years.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraphs\">\n<div class=\"paragraph paragraph--with1cols paragraph-number-1\">\n<div class=\"paragraph-column paragraph-column-1 o  o  o paragraph-column-1-is-1\">\n<div class=\"paragraph-column-inner\">\n<div class=\"paragraph-column-element\">\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>Provided that the General Meeting renews Mr. Thierry Le H\u00e9naff\u2019s mandate as director, the Board of Directors intends to reappoint him as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Arkema.<\/p>\n<p>Building on the Group\u2019s progress and performance during his last term of office, this decision once again reflects the Board of Directors\u2019 confidence in Thierry Le H\u00e9naff\u2019s ability to continue the successful development of the Group.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph paragraph--with1cols paragraph-number-2\">\n<div class=\"paragraph-column paragraph-column-1 o highlighted o  o paragraph-column-1-is-1\">\n<div class=\"paragraph-column-inner highlighted-inner\">\n<div class=\"paragraph-column-element\">\n<aside class=\"teaser-quote  o  o \">\n<div class=\"componentCenterer\">\n<div class=\"a\">\n<div class=\"row  o row-1 o \">\n<div class=\"quote-block cell\">\n<blockquote class=\"quote-label\"><p>&#8220;I am extremely honored by the confidence that the Board of Directors has placed in me once again.
