Tove Andersen has joined TOMRA as president and CEO effective August 16, 2021.<\/p>\n
She replaces Stefan Ranstrand, who held the position for the past 12 years, and becomes the first female president and CEO of the company since it was founded in 1972.<\/p>\n
Tove Andersen comes to TOMRA\u00a0from the leading global fertilizer company YARA International, which is also headquartered in Norway, where she was executive vice president Europe.<\/p>\n
Chairman of the TOMRA Board of directors, Jan Svensson, said: \u201cThe Board is delighted that, after a search process and her appointment as communicated before, Tove Andersen is now joining TOMRA as the company\u2019s president and CEO.<\/p>\n
\u201cTove Andersen is a proven leader with a distinguished track record, broad expertise and a passion for sustainability.
