Der international t\u00e4tige Verpackungs- und Recyclingspezialist investiert rund 15 Millionen Euro in die Errichtung eines topmodernen Learning <span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span> Development Hubs in Iowa City. Das Geb\u00e4ude bietet Platz f\u00fcr Werkst\u00e4tten, B\u00fcros und Trainingsr\u00e4ume. Die Fertigstellung ist f\u00fcr Mitte 2025 geplant. Gemeinsam mit dem Kirkwood Community College und dem Industry Consortium for Advanced Technical Training (<span class=\"caps\">ICATT<\/span>) f\u00fchrt <span class=\"caps\">ALPLA<\/span> zudem die duale Fachkr\u00e4fteausbildung in den <span class=\"caps\">USA<\/span>\u00a0ein.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"caps\">ALPLA<\/span> vereint in Iowa City mit dem ersten Learning <span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span> Development Hub duale Fachkr\u00e4fteausbildung, technische Trainings und Personalentwicklung an einem Ort. Dazu investiert der international t\u00e4tige Verpackungs- und Recyclingspezialist rund 15 Millionen Euro. Das topmoderne Geb\u00e4ude bietet Platz f\u00fcr Werkst\u00e4tten, B\u00fcros und Trainingsr\u00e4ume. Soeben erfolgte der Baustart. Die Fertigstellung ist f\u00fcr Mitte 2025 geplant.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"dquo\">\u201e<\/span>Bestens ausgebildete und motivierte Fachkr\u00e4fte sind zentral f\u00fcr unseren Erfolg. Mit diesem All-in-one-Konzept schaffen wir attraktive Ausbildungspl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr junge Menschen aus der Region und Schulungseinrichtungen f\u00fcr unser bestehendes Personal\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Tasos Pourloukakis, Regional Managing Director North America bei\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">ALPLA<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erfolgsmodell duale Ausbildung<br \/>\n<\/strong>Mit dem Learning <span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span> Development Hub f\u00fchrt <span class=\"caps\">ALPLA<\/span> zudem das in \u00d6sterreich und Deutschland etablierte Modell der Lehre in den <span class=\"caps\">USA<\/span> ein. Das duale System der praktischen und theoretischen Fachkr\u00e4fteausbildung wurde bereits erfolgreich nach China, Mexiko, Indien, Polen und S\u00fcdafrika exportiert. Im Sommer 2024 starteten die ersten 12 Mechatronik-Lehrlinge in Iowa City ihre dreij\u00e4hrige Ausbildung. 2026 soll der Lehrberuf Kunststofftechnik folgen.
