The new capacity represents an investment of around US$20 million and is expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"content-block content-picture-full accordion-content \">\n<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"iframe-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"iframe-description\"><strong>Arkema&#8217;s state-of-the-art-factory in Singapore<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"content-block content-left content-rich-text content-color-gradient accordion-content \">\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<div class=\"content-text\">\n<p>This investment will triple Arkema\u2019s global production capacity of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arkema.com\/global\/en\/products\/product-finder\/product-range\/technicalpolymers\/rilsan-clear-transparent-polyamides\/\">Rilsan\u00ae Clear transparent polyamides<\/a> and will help meet the growing global demand for sustainable high-performance transparent materials in various markets, including eyewear, consumer electronics, healthcare devices, and home appliances.<\/p>\n<p>Arkema is the leading producer of bio-based transparent polyamides, including its flagship grades Rilsan<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Clear Rnew<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> <a href=\"https:\/\/hpp.arkema.com\/en\/products\/product\/f\/spa_hpp_RilsanPellets\/p\/rilsan-clear-g850-rnew\/\">G850<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hpp.arkema.com\/en\/products\/product\/f\/spa_hpp_RilsanPellets\/p\/rilsan-clear-g820-rnew\/\">G820 <\/a>containing respectively 45% and 62% bio-based carbon origin. These grades provide lightweight, high transparency, flexibility and chemical resistance, while maintaining performance across a wide range of temperatures.
