This next-generation line sets new industry benchmarks in productivity,<br \/>\nefficiency, and quality for commodity film production.<\/p>\n<p>Delivering the lowest specific investment and production costs for film producers, it represents<br \/>\na highly attractive and future-proof entry into next-generation BOPP production.<\/p>\n<p>BSF \u2013 Battery Separator Film Solutions<\/p>\n<p>Br\u00fcckner\u2019s battery separator film lines are providing with 500 million m\u00b2 saleable film the<br \/>\nhighest output in the industry and ensures a long-term competitiveness.<br \/>\nFor high-puncture resistant, ultra-high stretched (down to a thickness of 5 \u03bcm) battery separator<br \/>\nfilms, a dedicated line layout is available.<\/p>\n<p>BOPE \u2013 Advanced Mono-Material Packaging Solutions<\/p>\n<p>Driven by sustainability and recycling targets, Br\u00fcckner has developed an already proven<br \/>\nbiax line layout to produce BOPE-HD films. In combination with PE-blown films or even<br \/>\nBOPE-LLD films, it enables 100% PE mono-material packaging.<br \/>\nWith this new line layout, higher density and lower MI PE grades can be produced.<\/p>\n<p>BOPET \u2013 Superior Productivity for Packaging Films<\/p>\n<p>For highest productivity and efficiency, Br\u00fcckner is offering BOPET-lines for packaging applications<br \/>\nwith a superior production speed up to 700 m\/min, facilitated by cutting-edge<br \/>\nchain-track systems.<br \/>\nThe sliding chain track system FOK 8.8 enables up to 700 m\/min production speed and<br \/>\nis optimized for a film thickness up to 36 \u03bcm.
